You wonder how everyone manages to deal life and whether or not you are “doing it wrong.” You might fantasize about living the simple life somewhere on a tropical island far far away and finally making time for that yoga practice you’ve been dreaming about but never can seem to get around to. What you really want is to be able to find a sense of peace and calm no matter what’s on your to-do list.
I offer tools, deep listening, and inquiry into why you're experiencing stress and overwhelm and help you navigate your life with greater presence and connection to your center. You don't have to be a seasoned yogi or zen master to feel greater ease, and I'll help you find what supports you in accessing your inner calm.
Life is good and you’re grateful for where you are, but if you’re being really honest, you could use more belly laughs. You remember what it was like to be a kid splashing in puddles, enjoying a melting ice cream cone on a summer day, or having a grand adventure in the backyard chasing squirrels. You look back with nostalgia on how simple everything felt before you somehow became an adult with big responsibilities and bills to pay. You’re excited about the idea of working together and finding yourself unexpectedly singing with a goofy smile on your face while caught in traffic on your evening commute.
You want to enjoy quality time with your loved ones instead of looking at upcoming family vacations with a sense of dread. In an ideal world, you’d love to bake together in a flour-dusted kitchen or hear the story about how your parents met. Instead, you find yourself feeling like a teenager up in arms about why your mother ALWAYS has to criticize your choices. You want to feel like you can be you, and your family can be your family, but that you can relax and enjoy their company without feeling absolutely spent.
I'll help you feel centered and steeped in you even when you're interacting with folks who push your buttons. You'll discover your own recipe for feeling aligned and authentic in relationship and help people get the best of you by honoring your needs and boundaries. The result: you'll feel more ease with others and will leave even difficult conversations feeling proud of who you are.

What you get:
- A 60 minute individualized coaching session, every other week
- personalized “homework" to practice what we discuss in our calls
- notes and a recording from each session to review indefinitely
Investment: $108* a session. I typically work with clients 2x a month for a minimum of 3 months, as it typically takes a little time to create the shifts you're yearning for :)
*108 is considered a sacred number in the yoga tradition, but I also happen to really like it!
